The Blue Lagoon drink was invented at Harry’s Bar in 1960, when blue curacao appeared on the liqueur market. The Blue Lagoon cocktail is a tribute and a variant of the White Lady, a beverage based on gin, triple sec and lime juice, or even Margarita, a mixture of tequila, triple sec and lime juice.

- 4 cl vodka
- 3 cl blue curaçao
- 2 cl of lemon juice
- 1 martini glass
- 1 shaker
- Make the “Blue Lagoon” recipe in a shaker.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, add to the shaker with the other ingredients and ice cubes. Knock then pour into the glass while filtering.
To make it fresher and lighter, first fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Serve in a “martini glass” type glass.
- A long lime zest.
