In the mule family, I ask for the Kentucky Mule! I personally find it more interesting than the classic Moscow Mule (based on Vodka). Bourbon, with a very pronounced taste, slightly reduces the spiciness of Ginger Beer, for a slightly more balanced result.
- 5 cl Bourbon Bulleit
- 1 dl of Ginger Beer Fentimans
- 2 c. to c. lime juice
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- 6 ice cubes
The cocktail is prepared live. Put ice cubes in the glass, then add the lime and Ginger Beer. Add the Bourbon at the end to create a gradient.
Pour the bourbon and lime juice in a copper goblet filled with ice cubes, add ginger beer and garnish with mint.
Garnish with a lime wedge or wedge.
